Recommendations For Brake Dust Cleaner?
So what brand is good to spray my rims and calipers with? Don't want something that will corrode my paint/clear coat either. My rims are gloss black and my Brembos are painted so don't want to damage those.

Soap and water. A good preventative maintenance trick is to apply wheel wax every time you clean them.

Agree with Aaron; all I've every used is soap and water. After that, I simply spray a little detailer on a rage and 'dry' them. Do this regardless of the type of finish (polished aluminum, chrome or painted)

what the previous 2 guys suggested....your wheels and your calipers are painted (clear coated) so treat them like any other part of your car that is painted. wash them good....wax them....then next time just use soap and water, and some detail spray and you are good to go!

Armorall Wheel Protectant. Spray onto clean wheel and let sit for 24 hrs. Tryl not to get it on too thick or it might haze. But if it does you can wipe down with a MF towel. It reduces brake dust by a good 75-80% for about a month. At least that's been my experience with it.

Adams wheel cleaner works very well and really breaks down the dust.

Soap, water and a Webster. Gets ALL of the inside of the wheel too. My wheels still look new.

Simple green or any other degreaser works very well for me. I've seen tar melt with full strength citrus degreaser lol
