Save your money and wait for 2014... This is when the new style comes out. It will definitely be worth it.

This is the ticket. I did the same thing. Order late enough that it doesn't get delivered in road salt, early enough to enjoy all year.

Theres def. worse colors to put on it. Im not a huge fan of Red Jewel, Orange, Green, and Imperial blue <--- honestly im a little happy they discontinued that color. Its so dark i hate it. They can do soooooo many other blues that are better looking.

You could wait, entirely up to you. I bought a 2012 this past november (a few weeks ago) and got a great deal. Now I would love to buy a z/28 but I'm unsure of what its going to be, people can say keep waiting because its going to get better but I think if you find a car you really like and want to keep then you should get it. Just think, the crowd that though the 69 camaro was going to keep getting better had it all wrong by the 70's and probably wished they had bought. There can be lots of debate but no one knows how the 6th gen camaro will appeal.

He lives in Louisiana which is in the south, where he can drive it all year round

Well I'm thinking I may as well wait so that I can get exactly what I want. I want to order a camaro and from the sounds of things that won't happen over the summer. So i think I will wait!
