Arrow Z28, Supercharged or Not?

I mean the past Z28's weren't supercharged. So is it a fact the new Z28 is gonna be supercharged or is it just another rumor?

I think you can place your bet on the LSA.

In the past, Z28's didn't have independent rear suspensions, V6's didn't have 300+ hp, and SS's featured big blocks. Things change

nothing has been confirmed. . . so who knows for sure other then the team members building the dang thing.

rumors place the LSA in the thing. but a stupid dealer said the LS9 in the vette is turbo charged to 630 hp and will be in the Z. also he said the auto SS has the same engine as the base vette. . . and we all know dealers are always right. . .lmao.

I think it's a safe bet that it will be S/C. I think it's great that GM is stepping up the game for the Z to compete with the GT500.

At most a DI would bump the HP from 426 to 450.

That is if the Z-28 ever see's the light of day

DI would be worth more than 24 hp on a 6.2L engine ... its worth more than that on 3.6L. At any rate, a DI Z28 should be available at about the same time as a DI SS
