body kit gives Malibu a Camaro face lift
I'm just going to leave this right here... did a search so I wouldn't repeat anyone else's thread but nothing showed up.
http://gmauthority.com/blog/2018/10/...a-camaro-face/ I'm sensing some sort of GM parts bin like it was years ago. in 2011ish Malibu had the square tail lights similar to that of the 2019 Camaro. The new blazer has pretty much the interior of the Camaro. Can't anything be its own class anymore??

AeroNine needs to come up with a kit to make the 2019 Camaro look like a Camaro instead of a Malibu.

When I saw it was from GM Authority, I thought this was an official body kit option. Nope, its aftermarket.
This one guy in the comments said, "I like it. The new Camaro SS wishes it could look this cool!!!". Uh, wtf? I know people like to rag on the SS's random bowtie placement, but it's still better an a poser economy car.

If I had to get a 19 (mainly for the A10)...the absolute first mod will be a 16 - 18 front end conversion and ditching those hideous tail lights. Basically making the car look like it should again. |

body kits are hard to get angry about or upset about since you have to go out of your way to choose to install one. It's not like someone else is installing it and trying to fool anyone into buying their kitted car.
I think most 6th gen owners are just frustrated at the lack of our own aftermarket options. Our aftermarket is marred by low volume, so we have an expensive selection of copies of higher trims of our own cars and more aggressive styling on an already aggressive stock base, and that's it. Nobody looks at a stock camaro and goes, "You know, it's just not aggressive looking enough." But i guess there's just no market for a camaro that looks understated these days. There's barely a market for them at all. |

Why in the world do people feel to need to have so many threads devolve into finding some way to knock the Gen 6 Camaro. I think we all know your opinions, we've heard them ad nauseam. Give it a rest. I think we all have our likes and dislikes about each model.

I personally would say, just in general with the 6th Gen Design, coming out the dealer, there isn't a whole lot more that can be done to it without "overdoing" it or ricing it out. Wheels and Splitter, maybe ground effects... thats pretty much it.

It doesnt look like it fits very well. Just go buy the real deal. I would buy an Impala if I wanted a nice looking four door Chevy.
