Oracle contact
Is there an active member on this forum with affiliation with Oracle??? I have been waiting for months now on replacement side markers since a few of the bulbs went out. An issue that they acknowledged as being a manufacture defect.

They told me to send mine in after some of the LEDs went out....I was like mmm nope I'll just go buy Diode Dynamic instead of dealing with their BS

I had Oracle sidemarkers pn mu 2010SS and a few bulbs went out. I had no issue getting mine replaced. They sent new one and I returned my defective one
I guess things have changed since I did purchase through AAC at the time. |

I got my side markers through JW Motorsports, I had one side marker get water in it, after contacting them, they sent me a replacement first then I sent the defective one back so no issues with JW Motorsports, good people to work with.

Everything I have had from Oracle was complete junk. They would always send me replacements, but those failed in short order as well. My diode dynamics markers have been far superior.

I had Oracle side markers on my C7. Several went out and I got all 4 replaced under warranty.
The replacement set had several go out again, in less than a year from when I received them, but Oracle WOULD NOT replace them since I was now out of the warranty period from my original purchase date. I will NEVER knowingly buy another Oracle product. I just installed the DD side markers on my new Camaro.

It's sad to hear so many folks have had bad experiences with Oracle/AAC Style.
I've had nothing but great service from them and no problems with their side markers on all my Camaro's and Stingray. However, I have been considering the Diode Dynamics side markers just for the price point alone. I wish they offered paint like Oracle/AAC Style. That's the only thing stopping me from DD.
