Bolt-On Side Skirts
Are there any bolt-on side skirts that use existing bolts?
All I have found are one that require self-tapping screws and/or pop rivets.

Screws and 3M tape work great. Why do you feel you need bolts? Sounds impossible.

My Stingray had bolt-on' s that used the factory bolts underneath and 3M tape.
So it is possible.

The oem ZL1 rockers can be installed using the existing clips. There are a couple of threads on here about the install.
