Covert to non RS headlights - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Alright guys I've looked everywhere and haven't found much of an answer. My 2010 2SS RS headlights are dangerously dim due to the crappy factory reflector coating. I'm considering a light bar behind the grille or converting to non RS headlights. Since the light bar is illegal and a bit of a dick move to others on the road I would rather do the conversion. Is there a place in the harness where I can unplug the HID harness and plug into normal halogens? I don't want to spend the kind of money it takes to replace the HID's either. I find halogens easier on the eyes. Thanks to anyone that has any info.

I don't recommend to change to halogen lights... Unless if you only drive in daylight.. at night other ones sees you, but you don't see much..
