Bouncy front end
So about 3 weeks ago I changed my lowering springs and sway bars to BMR I don’t have MRC btw and since then my front end has been very bouncy sounds like something is loose or broken or is that just how it is which I highly doubt once you lower the car? PLEASE HELPPP

Lowering springs will do that.
Anytime you shorten the springs without matching the dampers to them, you will deteriorate handling and ride quality. Lowering springs are for looks , not performance.

I messed up then if that’s the case I gotta throw back on the oem springs thanks for that input

Or switch to the GM Lowering Kit. It comes with matched dampers and keeps the stock ride for the most part.
