You should concentrate on heavy lifting that way you turn that fat into muscle keeping your mass! Believe me your going to like it!

Ehh I don't wanna get that big lol. Ultimately I would like to weigh around 180 and be sorta tone lmfao. What I really want is to have some nice triceps so when I get my new tattoo it looks good haha

While I do have a receptive group of fitness guys here, do you mind answering a couple of questions for me?

As for the Navy, I'm in great shape, but those standards aren't what I think they should be.

I've got access to dumbells and cardio equipment at my apartment complex. As a beginner by definition (despite some experience), I'm expecting some "noob gains" for the next several months.

What I need is a better dumbell weightlifting program. I'm looking for a something short in duration that I could do in between studies. Who's a huge, muscly badass and can help?

I'm not a huge muscly badass but I'll look through my journal and post a program tom night that could help

Got my chest workout done! Increase weight by 20 lbs feeling pretty good! Looking to add more cardio, I need to shrink the stomach!
