Fuel efficiency
I know mpgs are probably the last concern on this forum but I was wondering if anyone noticed a difference in fuel economy why they installed a cold air intake

I did the following mods in order and pretty sure it helped about 2mpgs worth.
Vmaxx throttle Magnaflow resonated x-pipe with muffler delete CAI w/ scoop and washer relocation Also removed the spare tire. With removing the tire and mufflers, which weight quite a bit, I noticed quicker takeoffs. With the mods, I noticed about 1-2mpg higher however, this is me comparing to my winter mpgs and very easy driving which a full tank gets me 275miles (75%city & 25%highway). Now with warmer temps and a heavy foot (due to the xpipe) I get around 290miles for a full tank with similar driving city/highway. |

I average around town 23mpg and on the highway ~30mpg at 78.
