Emissions(PA) and LTs/HF Cats?
Hey everyone
I have been messing with the rear 02 settings(HPTuners) in the ECU to keep the SES light from coming up and was wondering if the Emissions testing in S.E. PA required when plugging in the code reader to have certain code not come up. I have them set to do not report but that makes them show up as inactive. Any help would be great Thanks

The way the PA Emissions test works is the computer will first check to see if the readiness monitors are set. This check is in place for those who may have a had check engine light that was recently cleared. I think all but two sensors have to be in a "ready" status. So as long as you don't have any codes, and you didn't recently clear them, you should be good to go.
My car is cammed and has LT headers with a tune that shut off the rear O2 sensors, but I haven't driven over 5000 miles in a year yet so I am able to get an exemption for emissions. |

Awesome! Thanks for the info!!
I have driven over 20k miles in the past year so emissions will most definitely not be exempt haha The shots of your reader make it clear that I will be fine. Thanks!!
