Talking Do you Wear Driving Gloves in your ZL1?

Just curious as to how many people still wear driving gloves (they were the rage in the late 80's early 90's in sports cars). I have recently thought about buying a pair since I got the leather option in my ZL1 and in the HOT summer months here in Southern California the wheel and shifter have gotten a tad slippery during "spirited" driving. However, I opted out of the $300 suede option on my car because I didn't like the look and also heard that after a while the oils from your hands make the suede "shiny" and terrible to look at. So who still wears gloves and who doesn't?

Wow. Oh yeah, I wear mine...with my Izod shirt, deck shoes (no socks), and Member's Only jacket while listening to the Miami Vice soundtrack and wondering how in the world will they ever top Beverly Hills Cop II.

Only wear gloves when it's really cold, and just until the heater warms my butt
