I'm super stoked because 2 years ago I had very $hitty credit and I've worked VERY hard since then to be able to boost my credit, pay off some debts, and be able to afford a car like the ZL1. At 27 yrs old, this is the 1st car I have every ordered and I'm glad I got a decent rate. They gave me 2.49% for 60 months

WTF?

My lowest score is 791 and my debt ratio is in the top 2% and I can't get that rate.

That's a great rate, but I'd see if the dealer can beat it. If they know they have to beat your CU rate, you might be able to save a little more money. The best I can do with my Credit Assoc is 2.9% on 60 months. I PM'd another forum member who got 2.29% with GMAC, I believe.

Yeah, i got 1.99% for 72 months from my CU and the dealer said they could match it. Might be worth a shot trying to get them to compete...

They said they could do 2.99% for 72 months at my credit union (AUTOCLUB FEDERAL CREDIT UNION) I might take that deal instead just to save an extra $200 month on the payments. Either Way I can't complain too much

1.99% for 72 months with DCU Digital Federal Credit Union here. Normally I only go to 60 months max but at those rates it's almost like free money so why not extend it.
