Got an EMAIL and order status says (0000)...WTF?
So I got an email this morning about my status updating on GMconnects.com so I check the order# and it says:
12/16/2011 - (0000) Order showing as cancelled. Please contact your dealer. WTF is going on? My dealer just called me two days ago and said I went from #2 to #1 on their allocation list because the previous guy had ordered IBM and dropped out once it was discontinued so I should be getting their 1st ZL1. I was status 2030 yesterday and now I'm status 0000. Anybody else experience this? I'm very confused...:( |

Call, or better yet, go into your dealer and ask them. You can sit down next to your rep while he looks it up on the computer. Maybe just a glitch..

Mine went to 0000. Not sure why exactly, but a new order was entered, new number and all. The new order is at 2000. I hope the same has happened to you as it means we will get some of the first made.

means your not getting a ZL1... jk im sure its a glitch bro... but DD with your dealer but go dwn personally that way you can see if he is lying or hiding anything

9000 is the correct code for a canceled order. Maybe they are just resetting the system for the start of ZL1 production.

I contacted my dealer. Apparently they changed my order# without telling me so my original order was cancelled. It was changed because I am doing a COURTESY DELIVERY. Anyway, I just got an update from GM.connects just now.
Status 12/20/2011 - (3000) Order accepted by production control. Parts being ordered and production process is underway. Checked on 12/21/2011 12:01:50
