Passenger turn signal and driver side bottom day runner out

So, I woke up this morning to find that my driver-side small day runner was randomly out. Then on my drive, my passenger side blink started raplidly blinking and I came to find that it was also out. I'm not too worried about the day runner as I will be getting rid of it ( I have zl1 1le conversion bumper otw) but the turn signal is a problem. I went and bought a new bulb and that did not work as well I checked fuse 46 as I read that was a common one that could cause lights to randomly go out which would also explain the day runner. However, the fuse was perfectly fine. My only other hypothesis is that it's the wiring harness or the little port that the bulb goes into that then plugs into the harness but I'm not really sure. Any ideas?
