Anyone else have this issue? Hole for the bolt to go through is apparently too small?

They may have sent you the wrong steel sleeve for the bushing.

Yup I think thats what happened, just sucks because everything was off the car ready..

I just talked to Matt over at FSP and we are going to get you taken care of. It looks like when the toe rods were assembled here the wrong inner sleeves were used, it is a nice easy fix because I can just send the correct inner sleeves to Matt and he can swap them out and you will be good to go.
