Welcome to the world of AI Journalism, I guess.

I can't tell you how many articles I have seen in the last couple of months (on a variety of very different topics) that all read like close rewrites of each other....

C&D is trash, barely toliet material. The thing is they published this first in their magazine, which got me confused. Most issues last year were just pushing EV propoganda, and I'm not anti EV. Sad to say, I've always held them to a high standard. I think I will not renew. I paid like 7$ for 10 years, maybe that was a hint.

The question is, why did this writer write this story when he had to know that Chevy DID pull the plug? First he says "The 2025 Z28 will be the last of a legendary line." and then goes on to say "If Chevy doesn't pull the plug first, of course". NEWS FLASH: Chevy pulled the plug and will discontinue Camaro production in December of 2023.
I hate "if" articles with "illustrations" of what the writer thinks the car will look like.
Is this the only car guy in America that hasn't heard that GM has already pulled the plug on the Camaro making a 2025 model of any Camaro an impossibility?

Car and Driver looks to be trying to sell magazines on this one!

Clickbait is the reason. Just look how many threads there are here on this forum about this article. There are 2 here in the general section, one in the Z/28 section and it was posted in the general automotive section.

It's generating clicks and views for them so that's why they did it.

I understand that they're trying to generate "Clicks and views", what I don't understand is the idiotic notion that putting your integrity, trust, and your reputation on the line by writing BS stories like this one that C&D thought that doing so would be good for their business?
This is the kind of crap stories that shows us who not to trust...

Bigger chance of a Equinox Z/28 or a IROC Cruze.
