5th Gen. build underway!
Sorry for the misleading title!
Actually, to occupy time recovering from my surgery, I started building the AMT model today. Started taking pics. of the build process, and should be done hopefully by the end of the week. Will post pics. as I progress. Stay tuned! Ed |

Well, engine is completed. Interior half way there. There could be more detail, and there's alot of flashing to remove, but I'm not complaining! I'm happy there's a model!!! Wheels are pretty nice too!
I'm taking pics. as I go along. Stay tuned! Ed |

I ordered three through www.towerhobbies.com and they would have been here Firday 12/02/16 but it snowed and the mail man/woman was unable to locate my driveway. He/she left a curtsey card stating that fact and that he/she would try back. Well its Monday and still no box of goodies. Plus it snowed another 8 inches since 10am this morning and it's still coming down hard. I have a feeling I might be making a trip to the post office soon. I plan on building one to match my real 5th GEN Camaro and saving the rest for the Camaro collection.

Body should "go to" paint today! Most of the final assembly should be completed by this evening. Hopefully you all will like the result. My brother and I came up with a GREAT idea for another version. I have to locate another model first. Ed |

Well, 99.9% completed!
Couple of problems; 1. The radiator had to be removed in order for the body to fit the chassis better. 2. After trying for over an hour, I'm still having issues fitting the body to the chassis!!! I'll do my best to make it presentable. :o Sure hope Revell/Monogram makes a model of the concept! They're much better at it than AMt/Ertl! Ed |

Finally made it to the Post Office today. They had my box of goodies. Now all I have to do is wait patiently for the real deal so I can color match them. I'm thinking SOM in a base/clear.
Nice job Moose… |
