False. I don't ever really see any of my neighbors even though I am in an apartment complex.

Highly doubtful. It's possible as storms do travel up the Mississippi river sometimes, but the effects would be minimal at worst I imagine.

TPBM is wishing Sunday wasn't tomorrow yet.
