The author of Kentucky’s new gun law, State Rep. Bob Damron, D-Nicholasville, makes it clear. “ I feel more comfortable when citizens have a weapon to protect themselves because, chances are, they’ll protect me as well,” he told me. Fact is many, many people in this part of the country (and other parts) agree.

Reciprocity with many states.

Seems like any state that has gun carry has reciprocity with FL. Be sure and check with your state and KY's reciprocity. Better safe then sorry

Yep, but Ohio is NOT friendly. I'm from Kentucky (originally) and they are very good with ccl...

I looked this up the otehr day. Coming in from Tennessee and wanted to make sure I was good to carry. I always check before taking road trips to make sure I can carry. Always good info to know.

Looks like Kentucky is good with all states except Vermont and the District of Columbia.

Because Vermont does not issue permits. If you live there you can carry.

There's an App for that. "CCW" it's pretty good about staying current with gun law changes in all 50 states.

You can print out a map of 2A friendly States @ USACarry.com. But I can't carry a switch blade that Indiana just took off the endangered toy list.
