Yup, just looked I have those as well. 200.00 for those and there heavy lol I would think 40.00 or so just to ship them.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Z28 manifolds + Catted pipes will bolt onto an LS3 with an NPP exhaust? Basically, I want to put these manifolds onto the 1LE.

Stock exhaust is 2.5", you would need some type of adapter to mate the two together.

That hookup is for Z/28 catback exhaust onto an L3 catted pipe, not the other way around?

This is on the Chevy performance parts site.

"The Z/28 high-flow exhaust manifolds will provide increased airflow to the Camaro LS3/L99 6.2L engine. This kit enables bolt-on installation of the Z/28 dual-mode exhaust system. However, it will not work with the production LS3/L99 exhaust system."

I don't think it would take much fab work to hook it up to your exhaust , but if your looking for something that's going to just bolt up with out any work these parts probably aren't for you.
