Tire pressure can definitely affect the alignment. Tires need to be a the proper pressure BEFORE alignment. I would go back and have the alignment re-checked.

Also, some tires will tramline a lot more than others. When I had Goodyears on my Corvette, it was ridiculous how much the car would tramline.

I switched to a set of Michelin Super Sports and it doesn't tramline at all.

I have all season 295f 305r with minimal tram lining.

I didn't have any issues and you shouldn't if the tires are within the normal height limit if you go staggered instead of square. Traction/abs doesn't know the width of the tire it only looks at the height difference if its way off.
