What do other people say when they drive your Camaro?
My sister briefly drove my LT1, she said "This is like driving a speedboat".
I took that as a compliment! What funny comparisons have people made after driving your Camaro? |

I let my wife drive my ZL1. The best part is watching her laugh and smile when she accelerates a bit. Then followed by her saying "That's only half throttle!!??"

Mike Sitar is the only one that's ever driven my 850 rwhp 16 SS and my 707 rwhp 2022 Lt1 Camaro. That's because he tuned both of them and knows how control that much power. Besides I worked for him at Magnuson and he now owns TooHighPsi. My wife has never driven either one nor did she drive my C7. Nobody else.

The only other person that has driven my SS is my 19 year old daughter... Boy did that piss my wife off when my 19 year old drove it home after a drive (and it also pissed off my 22 year old daughter, BIG time!)... She (my 19 year old) has driven it a couple times, I have a couple videos of her getting on it and the slow grin/chuckle that comes across her face as the ass end "wiggles & screeches" is priceless... I told her "If it does ANYTHING you don't like, let off the gas and hit the brake and steer into it"... She's done well, the nanny's keep her in check but let her have fun... She's a good driver...

If you don't let others drive your camaro, why bother responding? Your input is not relevant.
Everyone has said it rides like its on rails, acceleration excellent. My parents liked how just a blip of the throttle gets you to whatever speed near instantly.

My wife drove it soon after I bought it and she loved it, although she didn't say anything funny at the time. She's been driving manual transmission vehicles since her early teens and she's good.
She gets attention either in the Camaro or my built Jeep (manual) when she pulls up and this petite 5'2" woman jumps out. Lol |

Seriously, though, my wife is the only one that has driven any of my cars. I'm not sure why you'd ever let someone drive your vehicle for shits and giggles. They can be a passenger, though. Assuming I have my passenger seat in the car.

My girl drove it home from the dealership and takes it to work sometimes, she also races my 11 sec F150, not that big of a deal. Otherwise, I have one close friend like me and we have full trust in each other's vehicles. He has a 5th gen among multiple fast vehicles and said his son wanted my 6th gen so bad after riding in it, basically saying forget the 5th gen lol.

My wifey gets nervous about "how long the front of the car is". She's driven it a couple of times and commented about the difference in weight/power/torque compared to her Grand Cherokee. I get more comments from other people on the road then anything else. And don't get me started on how many times people rev at me....
