I'm most interested in the price at this point. If it starts at 60k it might be my next car. If its 70k i may just try and find a new c7 gs early next year instead.

Leaked images of it. I guess the power numbers will be 495HP/470TQ.

Doesn't look like a Corvette with that short front.

Agree, if that's what it turns out to be, I think they did a great job. I know a lot of people want the long nose, short deck style Corvette. I love that look as well, but remember, they could've royally screwed it up like a Mustang 2!!!! This is pretty nice!!
As far as the long row of push buttons, I immediately thought Porsche as well. As stated elsewhere, that's not a bad thing. My thought about them though, they're likely redundant. GM put a lot into the new electrical system which probably uses a voice control system similar to Mercedes new MBUX system.

I am. Wish our Camaros had more buttons... so I wouldn't have to go through a dozen touchscreen presses to change my suspension settings and back to AA.

The rest of the car looks great too! The renderings didn't get the proportions right and I was worried it would look awkward. This thing looks legit

Grandad had some 1st and 2nd Gen Vettes, including a very special one that is still in the family.

Dad still has and has had many Vettes. His baby is a C6 ZR1. Background; on his 3rd date with my mother, his treasured 58 big brake fuelie caught on fire and burned to the ground.
Whenever he and I talk cars, she (the car not my mother) always come up.

Things worked out, I am living testimony.

Although I have always been a Chevy guy, I have never had the means to purchase a new Chevrolet Corvette (well I could have but ZLE got in the way).

I am very excited about the ME C8 reveal and will be watching intently.

Also, I think it kind of sucks that people/companies need to leak new cars before their debut. Why do they need to spoil the party? I get it, "then don't click on these types of pages if you don't want to know before hand", still don't like it though.

According to the leaked article it's supposed to hit 0-60 in under 3sec when equipped with the Z51 package. That's really good for only 495hp. Must put down power pretty well and that transmission must shift really quick. https://www.motor1.com/news/360672/c...0-chevy-debut/
