G8 differential in a v/6 auto

Will a G8 diff fit in a V/6. I was looking at a V/8 model and it appears to be a diff that the G8 owners are using.

I am looking for an economical LSD rear end for my 2011 vert currently with an open diff.

What axles and drive shaft would I need?

Smile direct fit

It is a direct fit , i just installed one.The only difference is the breather tube witch you have to relocate. As a bonus it is 7.8lbs lighter. No need to disconnect the cv from the wheel bearing.
