Don't let blind fanboyism get in the way of great memories when you're an old fart. I'm a Camaro guy, but I may buy a Ford, Mazda, Fiat, etc. on a whim..... and my friends have a full spectrum of cool cars.

Having said that.....

I never said that didn't make you a car guy, and you certainly aren't attracted to Hellcats do to their track prowess. This is a silly conversation anyways. No need to get upset over something so trivial. I understand that drag racing isn't your cup of tea. That's cool. That isn't what I was talking about when commenting about 1/4 mile times. Sorry if i somehow offended you.

Funny thing is, I was the first one in this thread to post that 1/4 mile times aren't what these Mustangs were built for. Guess everyone missed that post.

I am and have always been a Chevy guy. My favs are the 55 Bel Air and most any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd gen Camaros. My only other love was the Buick Grand National. I can tell you honest, this GT350 has my interest for sure. And I don't like Ford, so this car is pretty good.

I seriously doubt if their heart broken about anything, they have their own Ford owners permagrin going on. You do know that there are some car owners who put more importance on lap times and handling than straight line times don`t you?

They aren't setup for quarter mile racing but they can still do it with very little expense.

Doing what the car is setup to do though, I don't think the owners will ever be heartbroken.
