Temp rising issues

I have a 2011 chevy camaro RS v6 and one thing that I been having an issue with is my temp keeps going up to 210 when im idling or 205,207 when I'm driving before it never went passed 199 I changed water pump put new thermostat and put new fans in and still it stays up at that temp now when I got car from dealership it would not go pass 199 and now like i said it goes up to 210 I have tried many things and can't seem to figure it out anybody out there have same issues and how did you fix or is that just normal to be like that now something is not right just can't figure it out the reason I changed water pump was because one day it got so hot that I had to turn car off I took to mechanic at autozone and did diagnostic he said my water pump had leak and to also change thermostat so I did after that I found out one of my fans was broken so I put in new fans and radiator cap and ever since then always above 200 now idling 210 driving 205 or 207 any ideas please help from Mesa Arizona.

Radiator not working as efficiently as it should? Possibly clogged with debris on the outside or clogged inside with crud.
