Rev Match for ZL1?

Does anyone know if the Rev Match system in the new 2014 Corvette can be installed in ZL1 manual cars? Is it just a software upgrade or are there mechanical parts as well?

I read the local news paper article on the 14' Vette. Sounded like there was some electrical devices needed. Heel Toe downshift would be a lot cheaper.

I believe the corvette uses a sensor to detect which gear you ate moving to before you fully get into gear so that it can start rev matching before you start working the clutch.
