Don, you're a dick!

I don't know what you all are bitching about. My car blew up August 1. Had it back for a week in oct before it blew up again. It's been with the guy since mid October. That's going on 7 months of no car! Should get it back soon. With the exception of snow it won't be parked.

It's been really bad this year, at least in CT. Whatever they're using builds up and they're using a ton of it. I've been sweeping the salt out of my wife's garage bay it's so bad.

I saw that post earlier that looks like a combo of salt and some kinda really bad acid wash. I get what your saying i hate seeing my baby covered in salt but i hate seeing her neglected even more. She gets some road use now with the bald tires i just can't help swinging her ass end around on the covered roads.

I don't know about NH, but here in CT it's not just salt. They don't use sand any more and add liquid magnesium chloride to the salt when dispensed. This stuff destroys cars, but they say it's better for the environment? They also don't have to sweep up all that sand in the spring, saving the towns and state money, to hell with the people's cars.

Gotta love that crap. They don't use it in to many areas up here there's a few towns that do. Kinda go's with that not treating the roads with oil and using that acidic brine soup because the woodhumpers didn't like the 3 feet of sand next to the road and their black feet. Of course now you hafta resurface the roads 3x more often.
