Not sure if it drains better but I only jack up the drivers side and throw a jack stand in there that way the car or motor is leaning towards the oil plug. Just my thought anyway.

Dean.

Be careful changing your oil. Otherwise this can happen...

Last car I used ramps but that was FWD and haven't tried to see if this car would clear them, or climb them or just push them on my garage floor. It is just as easy to jack it up and I didn't want to bother jacking up both sides and just trying to keep it easy.

Change my own oil on all my vehicles. This has to be the easiest one to change on. I love the location of the filter and how easy it is to change it. Has to be the first oil filter I don't dump oil all over the floor when changing it. Now I just need to figure out how to hit the oil pan when I pull the plug on this car as the oil will shoot just about to the passenger wheel.

One reason I change it myself. That just might happen to me.

I use a piece of cardboard that I roll a little bit and set it against the frame and on top of the drain pan I use. It keeps the oil off the frame and the floor.

Amazon has those really strong ramps for around $45 shipped. Ramps are alot easier than jacking up the front of the car.
