I drove a 78 Impala all through college in the mid-80s and while the 305 V8 wasn’t exactly a race engine, the car was pretty comfortable and got me everywhere I needed to go for 5+ years. Metallic Lime Green with a white roof - really got the ladies’ attention lol!

I was just looking at some of those lately. Love those cars and can’t find any for under 10k around here. And so many are close to 100k miles
