Shoot, I keep my truck (GMC Denali) and the Camaro set on dark mode all the time. I don't like the bright infotainment screen at all.

The opposite would work here for the OP by setting it to "Day", but that keeps it in brighter mode all the time (not just sunrise / sunset).
