OP you would need to to do forged pistons and rods. Possibly a crank. I’m not on it though I would call a shop in the know and ask them…. Like Texas Speed.

If his build is similar to mine he can make 650 to 700 on the stock pistons, just needs to keep boost around 11 to 11.5 to be safe. Over that 700 would go to forged short block. The tuner will be the most important part of the equation. Wrong tune, bad outcome, good tune you'll be fast and safe at those boost levels, above that your probably playing with fire. Believe me cause I've been there with my 2016 SS Camaro. No stock motor likes 18 lbs. HeeHee
