Yes, pretty much. Cold start with headers will shake the earth, normal driving in tour (or stealth) mode is just as quiet as stock, but when you floor it, you get roughly the same NPP sound signature but at a much higher volume. It isn't as deep, rumbly and somewhat muffled as a Borla and isn't as sophisticated as a Corsa, though.
