Nitrous setup cost
Just curious as to what a full setup installed and tuned would cost. 100hp shot, 10lb bottle, heater, opener, mount, and timing module. Every little thing needed. Including all safety measures needed.

to do it the safest/easiest possible with WOT/window switch and C16 standalone, somewhere in the $3k range

kit price / lnc 2000 / window switch . most windows switches have a wot made in.
i have a 90mm plate kit , lnc 2000 and nos launcher and its a killer setup. nos launcher is a progressive shot. with lots of options. but if u plain on anythign over a 250 go direct port . if u dont got past 150 no need for a fuel system.(standalone). u will also want get a diff fuel line to the rails. its know to lean out on the hit. but with the setup i have . u can change ur timing / u will have a 2step. u can run 2 stages and a shift light. tons of stuff u can do with the setup i have. i got about 1500 in mine.

The $3000+ mark is a gd start to make it the very best possible. You can cut stuff out like the remote opener to start cutting cost. |

I highly suggest a NANO setup vs a bottle heater. I am currently playing with a 200 shot plus nano on my car. Over 700 rwhp, and it will maintain 950 psi for the entire bottle.
I would suggest a zl1 pump for cammed guys spraying over 100. Pick a kit you like (nitrous outlet has some sweet setups), br7efs, lnc2000, and either a dedicated fuel system for race gas, or run some race gas in the tank. that's what I do. Run down to fuel light, and add 5 gal of MS109, but since that fuel is oxygenated you have to run about 4% richer. C16 is popular too, but I like to run the unleaded fuel. |
