Glad it's not as bad as can be. Did your SS badge get knocked out from the accident or did you have it taken off. LoL, that guy knocked your car back into a stock model.

I have been overly cautious driving, and maybe because of that, I am noticing more people driving worse than before I had the car. I was stuck in traffic going maybe 25 mph and a guy was tailgaiting me so bad, his tires squeeled to a stop. He did this twice. After the second time, I leaned out the window and told him to get the f___ of my ass.

Just curious, where on Hwy 6? I've seen quite a few bad drivers north of 90.

Near Hwy 6 and Murphy rd. I live in Quail Valley right next to Lake Olympia. So I'm a little south of 90.

And got the damage report today, $6000. But all new parts, no patch work on anything.

Dang, yours looks pretty close to mine. Maybe not quite as hard, but same area. Mine was just right up the road from yours at 99 and 90. I hope it all goes well for you. The other company came out and appraised mine(without ever looking under it) at $5210 today. I'm pretty sure that won't cover it, but we shall see. Good luck with yours! I'll be watching to see how it goes.

$5210?? You've got more damage than me. I would expect that to go up. But on the other hand, I have a friend that does claims for Farmers and he said our parts are fairly cheap. He said replacment parts for like the GTO are more expensive. Go figure.

Sorry to hear this! All 3 of us, (You, Manchimp and I) all got our cars off the same train... same time... same color... And I thought my speeding tickets sucked... I haven't even had time to read this thread yet but I will today. Hopefully they get you back on the road soon. I think that's the first SS R6P CGM car with IO interior.

Damn, hard choice there. Hate that my camaro was wrecked but speeding tickets affect my employment.

1 = write up
2 = probation
3 = termination

Maybe if I had your exhaust he would have heard me coming down the road. Stay safe Mlee, hopefully I'll be out there at LMR next month.

Sorry about your car but I am glad you are okay. I just went to get a bite to eat at Taco Bell and as I was pulling out of my subdivision onto the main Hwy, a car changes lanes without turn signal and was about a foot from nailing me. He skid about 8-10 feet and then points to his head as to tell me that I need to think. I was enraged and tore out of there and began to chase after him. Was that the smart thing to do? No, but I was pissed. I am just now cooling off and I am glad that I was finally able to contain myself. I am a Federal Law Enforcement officer and I just about lost my job.
