Chevy Order Tracking
My order was at status 3300 last week (per Becky). It's been status queued for production on the Chevy Order tracking site. Today when i checked the site I get this message. Anyone know why?

Did the dealership change hands or merge with another dealer?

I checked on mine and got the same message. Maybe the web site is having problems?

I got the exact same message - so I sent an email request, as the message stated. I'm presuming the site is being updated.

For a while before it just returned nothing. No error, just back to the page. It's just not working right now. I get the same thing.

I should have thought of that. Whether updating (unlikely in the middle of the day) or overwhelmed (very likely given what is going on in BG) it does sound like a bandwidth problem.

Well at least I know it's not just my order. Does seem odd that they would do a website update mid day. I agree it's probably a site issue.

I had considered posting earlier that we should all back off on checking our status 20 times a day, chatting, phoning, and let them have time to fix the site.
Lord knows I've heard every thing from my trips there! TPW 9/23, it's being built this week, and we can't tell you anything! (In that order) I'm sure we broke it, and I'm sure when it works again it will be no better. |

That error message is only received on valid orders by the way. If you put in an prefer number not in the system, you get the normal order not found error.

I contacted faq this morning to see what the status of my order was and still haven't heard from anyone.
Is there an SLA on getting a response back from the alias? It would be nice to understand what the expectation is with getting a response back from an email instead of a web based application. |
