For those who want to use fresh ones, the intake manifold seals (manifold-to-head) are AC Delco 12626354, need 8 of them.

Good idea, I wonder does the MSD use the same ones? I can ask them if no one knows.

If I am tracking your question then there are just 4 bolts thag hold on the TB. Unbolt those but sent the spacer plate with the IM and your other TB.

The swap is really easy actually. I can do it in about 15 minutes now.

Pop your Camaro covers
Pop your wiring harness from the gray cover before you un bolt it
Remove the gray cover
Leave the black cover under the gray cover for now (remove it before you ship)
Leave your brake booster hose connected at the rear of the manifold and disconnect it under the A/C line (remove it after you have the IM out)
You can leave the TB connected at first, just get the connector off
Leave the air box in place and just remove the elbow
Disconnect the EVAP solenoid
Loosen all of the IM bolts and hold them up with the rubber bands
Take the TB up and to the right and the IM will slide right out
Separate the IM/TB wrap up tight and ship

That's about it.
Anyone know how I can take this off on the intake manifold side of brake hose on the MSD?

Sorry my question was off. I reasked it. I need more coffee. I left it on there for now.

I will double check I am sending the spacer plate. You are right, the removal is easy. But I did start loosening the allen head manifold top bolts. And actually some of them weren't even hand tight. Odd.

I usually double washer those on my LS7 MSD's cause they don't seal. The bolt bottoms out before a good seal is made.

You can reach around the back of the IM and use a small screw driver to push the tab in while you pull the brake booster hose out.

I found that when I put on my MSD intake after tightening the head bolts the perimeter bolts where all loose. I can only guess that the head bolts caused the the shell to flatten out a bit and the perimeter bolts just needed to be re tightened. Def not in the instruction manual

Thanks Pray I just finally got time to do this. The hardest part was removing wire connectors to the gray cover. After that it was a breeze. Your instructions made it very easy. Took under an hour and I was going very slowly. The brake booster line came right off near ac connector then was simple to remove. I will be sending them in this week. How long is the normal turn around? Thanks aagin.

Awesome. Glad to hear it went smooth. On week nights I can only get one IM or TB done. On weekends I usually get a set or two done a day. So the safe answer is 2 days turn around for porting. The rest is determined by arrival date and schedule load.

Thanks leadfoot93 for the link to the wire harness connectors. If anyone needs new connectors here is the link. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1
