Wheel setup

I’m thinking of putting some FR8 wheels on my 17 ZL1 I wanna go 20x10 n the front n 20x12 in rear. Will this setup work without any issues? Does anyone have this setup or tried this? Let me know

No rubbing at all. You have to get the offset right. I went with +41. Keep in mind that this is with a 20x11.5 so you will need to factor in your offset for a 12” wide wheel. If I had to do it again I would have gone with +42 maybe +43 just to get the tire a bit more in side.

The factory wheels are +23 and +43, front and rear, respectively, I believe. However, the rear is 11 inch. So the 11.5 has to be an aftermarket wheel.

Several wheel manufacturers I have talked to have said that it is much easier to run 19x12 vs 20x12. They say 20x12 is doable but much more sensitive to tire sizes, lowering springs, etc. I personally think that 19's look better on our cars as well.

This is aftermarket wheels as someone as already stated what the OEM sizes are.

Also someone stated that 19s work better with a 12” wide. I would agree as there are more options and someone on this site has done a 345/30/19 which has to be crazy wide. At any rate I love the look of the 20s so I kept with that. A 325 is more than enough.
