So you’re looking for sound as a determining factor? Sound is subjective, but I personally wouldn’t use “sound” as a deciding choice. That’s a TSP stage 1 cam. If the car is being babied, would you even notice the torque?

Here’s the same cam on a vette https://youtu.be/fxLiMfUIN_Q

I’m not building a street monster, I’m look for sound and torque. The car is mostly babied. Anyone know if this cam will have a nice raspy/choppy idle and the torque should come in pretty early I suppose. Thanks for reading! By the way also installing new hardened push rods and .660 springs, headers, CAI, and an X pipe.
Go with TSP stage 3. You do all the same work and gain more power. No less driveability

Before you go digging into a well running engine with only 30K on it why not just do the bolt-ons you mentioned? Headers, cat delete and aggressive mufflers may be all that's required to get what you're after in the decibel department. Throw in some 3.91 gears for added torque multiplication with a good tune to tie everything together and life's good!

A cam adds chop, and if he’s looking for chop a stage 1 won’t have a lot. As said above do a stage 3.

I had a stage 3 BTR cam install done. My speed shop said it was the best one they had seen.
