Flowmaster 40s or super 10s
I’m looking into either putting on a pair of 40 series or super 10 series flowmaste mufflers. I live in California and I don’t want it to be crazy loud but definitely louder that the stock npp. If anyone has either one installed on their npp I’d love to hear your feedback!

40's - th 10's are for race cars that have rules at the tracks no open headers.

op: what is done to your car now? if it’s stock i really can’t see there being much of a difference in muffler if they both are sitting behind stock manifolds and 4 catalytic converters.

I know that this wasn't an option in the post but if you have NPP look at the American thunder axle back I have It with catless long tubes and it sounds good it is with the valves closed it is quieter than the npp in track mode but with the valves open it screams. I had it with the stock headers before and loved the sound

If you get the American thunder NPP exhaust it's basically Super 40s when valves are closed. And an Outlaw muffler when it's open. One common complaint is the drone so prepare yourself for that. Otherwise I would recommend the Super 40s. The Super 10 is meant to be loud and with potentially more mods down the road it only gets louder. |

The Super 10s (1 chamber) are loud but not as loud as you’re making them out to be. The Flowmaster Outlaws will be much louder than the Super 10s.

I have the NPP American Thunder axle back and have not noticed the drone. I have the A8 if that helps.
