Need some help car wont recover from shifts!

Hey guys got my car to the track tonight for the first time.

Car is 2013 m6 camaro stock longblock whipple 2.9,kaotic cam, headers etc with methanol. It runs its ass off on the street ,at the track in between shifts it takes like 1 second to recover from a shift on every shift ,its like i'm shutting the key off literally , I tried shifting the car easy ,power shifting no diff. Drove it home didn't skip a beat .

Was only trapping 122 123 tonight da was 1500 to 2000 something is way wrong and was curiois if anyone ever had this problem?

What clutch are you running? To me it just seems like the trans is getting hot at the track. Maybe trans cooler would help with the heat.

It's not the clutch the motor is shutting off with my foot to the floor for one second each shift I can power shift it and it looks like the worst driver in the world is driving the car but I never lifted off the throttle if that makes sense.

The clutch works flawless it's a rps twin disc. !

We actually logged one pass and the throttle is going to 40 percent for 1 second every shift when my foot is to the floor !

Sure seems like it but, we turned everything off as far as that goes in the tune . I'm hoping someone has had this problem and can say oh do this lol. But I'm thinking that's probably not gonna happen Definatley weird . I think it doesn't do it on the street because it's spinning in between shifts . I'm gonna log it on the street and see what happens maybe it is doing it but not as noticeable as a one second delay at the track idk . I do know if it's doing in the street I'm not noticing it at all.

There was an orange 5th gen with a Whipple last night at Gateway, that could have used a driver. Even the track officials took notice of his inexperience. Maybe he will post soon.

Did you push and hold your traction control button down for 8 seconds before each run?

If that is the case why would it not cut power on the street when it's spinning it's ass off ? Just asking . Also when I drive .5 mile or so it automatically turns it off on the street so maybe it disables it self totally on the street because of the drag wheels and abs not working does that make sense as to why it's fine on the street . I never disable it in the street because it's always off from driving it, idk?

I've heard of people also having to pull the abs fuse at the track to fully turn off everything 100% might have been a zl1 now that I think of it
