BLUETOOTH QUIT WORKING

Lost my I-phone connection. Tried to pair it again, but when I get to "PAIR DEVICE" in Config menu, I can't get any further into the process. I press the menu button, but nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Hey Kevin.

A bunch of us have been having all kinds of Bluetooth issues in the last week or two. Must have something to do with an update with OnStar. I know of a couple including me who either disconnected the battery or pulled the fuse and all is well now,

Thanks, Fred. Do you happen to know where the fuse for the OnStar module is located?

I'm glad I found this thread. Last week my bluetooth for the phone quit working too. I can't delete the phone and it won't pair. I'll have to try the fuse pull.

It connects to the radio fine, just not the hands free.

Since this happened with an OnStar update, should there be a charge to get it fixed if a fuse pull and unplugging the battery won't work..?
