Suitcase exhaust
Anyone know if it will fit in the trunk if I get it replaced with an axle back exhaust? I want to keep it of course, but I am wondering if I can get it home from the shop.

lol nope had a guy try to pick one up and didnt fit in trunk or back seat had to leave with the tips hanging out with the window and scratched up his car pretty bad also

It will not fit in the trunk. I had an axle back installed and had to return with my 4Runner to bring it home.
I'd keep it if you decide to sell. The new buyer may want to return it to stock and then sell the axle back separately. |

It fit in my camaro when I replaced it with an axle back. In the backseat. No help, just me haha

See if you can work a deal with the shop to sell it for you at a cheap price.

I just did CAT-Back and the takeoff part is massive! Will not fit in a truck without cutting/angling, etc. Heavy too.
Anyone want to buy one? |

If you put the back seats down, it'll go in there without much difficulty. I just had one in mine a few months ago. It's tight, but I put mine in sideways from the trunk and had no issues.

All OEM exhausts are a big PITA to transport (since they tend to be heavy/non-modular), you need a designated recovery vehicle
 Plus, if you position the exhaust just right, you get a lot of funny looks on the way home ... * Not a Camaro exhaust, but same difference. |
