Usb stopped working

Anybody have a fix it was working fine yesterday tried tried two different cables and nothing any ideas?

Disconnect the negative batt cable in the trunk for 20 min....one 10mm open ended wrench.

Are you saying your thumb drive stopped working? If so, it is likely because the connection "wiggles" loose. The only ones I've found that work are these:

Ok tried the disconnect battery thing reconnect it now my Chevrolet link screen is frozen do I let it sit for awhile?

Just have to reset it a few times. This radio system can be garbage at times. If i remote start sometimes my blue tooth won't connect to my phone and I have to delete both. Sometimes my car won't connect to my iphone for days, then it will randomly start working. Just one of those inconveniences i have gotten used to.

Damn that sucks hearing all these problems makes it upsetting

These are minor issues but I'd talk to a service rep at dealer before I'd disconnect anything. Asking for trouble if you are not a tech guy, imo.

It's an auxiliary input. Plug a (male to male) 3.5mm into your phone (iPod or media player of your choice) and that jack, play music, turn your radio to Aux and there you go.
