I think I have covered looks in my above posts, they are subjective period. Some 5th gen owners don't get why some like their Camaros to have body kits or look like transforming robots. Just like back in 70s some guys did not like crazy colors(panther pink) or huge wings(super bird). As a car lover I can enjoy just about anything that has power or speciality traits. That ranges from a old Bronco with a lift kit, to a Supra with 1000HP. If some people spent less time hating cars and more time driving them they might open their eyes

Sounds like you need to get out of your Camaro and into a GTR. LOL

Looks are all subjective but you can't argue with the objective and those #'s are impressive.

With the HP continuing to rise on the muscle cars of today, you can bet that engineers have, and will continue to, debate on how to get the power to the ground and AWD resolves that quite nicely.

With the reduction in weight being made by manufacturers on their new chassis who's to say that a Camaro or Mustang of the future won't have AWD??

Having owned an AWD Mazdaspeed 6 before, I'd personally be all for it ... maybe give the driver the option of disabling it if they wanted a pure RWD experience.

nice car, yeah, expensive car yeah, status symbol well to some I guess.

I buy American, yup I know my car is made in Canada and Mexico but my money goes into an American company, and that to me, matters most..

I will never buy an import, if the big 3 went under I would scrape together parts and rebuild an older American car.

Call it foolish patriotism if you want, but I was born, raised, served this country, and I will support it until my death.. PERIOD.

I feel the same way. i like the looks of a zo6 or zr1 WAY more. the GTR is just a really good performer. i do look better in person though.

You can't argue with the GT-R's performance... but I still rather have an old R32 skyline. Then again, I don't need to have the fastest thing on the road. Someone's always going to be faster...

GT-R is an awesome car, and I even like how it looks. I'm not going to trade any of my cars in on one though.

I'm also pretty disappointed in how quickly the MSRP has increased since it was released. A 2008 model had a base MSRP of ~$69k, the 2013 GT-R now has a base MSRP of ~$96K. The MSRP even jumped something like $7k after the first model year in '09.
