What is the latest concensus on oil change/other fluids frequency during break-in?

Good evening. I just acquired a 22 LT1 A10. What is the latest recommendation for oil change frequency along with other fluids during the break-in period? I recall that for my last C7 dry sump Z51 Stingray, it was at 500 and 1000 miles, as there was an issue with oil "foaming" at that time, I believe due to factory overfilling. What is recommended for the Camaro LT1? Does it come with Mobile 1 full synthetic oil from the factory? What about the rear differential and transmission fluids? Any other fluids that should be changed?

I would follow the owners manual schedule/recommendations. I know some people drain the factory oil at 500 miles or so, same with the rear diff. I'm of the opinion that I won't try and outsmart the manual... Your car should have came with Mobile 1 ESP 0w40. There was a change in the factory oil fill from Mobile 1 5w30 dexos1 to the ESP 0w40 dexos2 in 2019 or 2020.

Why wouldn't you just follow the owners manual?

Owners manual/OLM.

500 for first change, then watch the percentage drop until it goes as low as you're comfortable with (5-10-15%)

Modern oil just doesn't need to be changed every 3k and gm (not GM) spends millions on engine R&D. That includes the OLM and when the oil life is depleted.

IIRC, the 500 mile interval for the first change isn't from the owner's manual, but the performance supplement. Personally, I strove for the break-in from the performance supplement with the attitude of "if this is how it should be broken in to be driven on the track, it's more than sufficient for the street."

I followed the manual, 500 for first oil change, using the correct oil, and again at 1500 along with differential.
Now I just follow oil life and/or mileage. Type of driving may alter that schedule as well, of course.

There are many different "schools of thought" and varied opinions regarding break in procedures and fluid change intervals. So everyone has a different opinion. However, according to my owner's manual for a 22 LT1, the first oil change is not due until 7500 miles, even under the severe driving conditions? The print is tiny though, so perhaps I misread it?

The LT1 in the Camaro has a wet sump so it does not have the oil "foaming" concern that the dry sump LT1s in the C7s had. Factory fill is now 0W40 synthetic. As others have mentioned you can pretty much stick to the owners manual for this car. That said, this is an enthusiasts car so many owners enjoy pampering their vehicle with 3000 miles oil changes even if they don't really need them. It's all good.

Yes, I also went by performance supplement break in for the SS 1LE, which would not apply to LT1 trim, so, actually not much help here! Disregard my previous post. LOL!!!! Carry on.....

I did the same, a little extra money but a little extra peace of mind...

The LT1 does not have the performance supplement, does it? The OP would not have had that information. Why I stated "does not apply".

I am not certain. Can anyone confirm if the LT1 is supposed to come with a performance supplement? I did not receive one.
