Unfortunately the freight forwarding company will not forward a shipment of this size. This is why am looking for the mufflers only.

It means he doesn't want to be stuck with the fees. So, just tell him you'd like to pay the fees (if you want to). I think it would be $360.45 in this case. ($350.00 + 2.9% + $0.30)
