You always see posts about black cars being too difficult, never again, etc. but they always seem to lead the charts. I usually prefer black on the weekend fun car since the extra maintenance is no big deal and I enjoy washing it. However, on a daily driver white or some shade of grey works.

I have the crush orange in a 6 speed and would love to know how many of those 66 made were in a 6 speed vs Automatic. If the difference in the two types of 6 speeds is the gear ration. Would it be safe to speculate that the ZL1 Le received the one type and the regular ZL1 received the other ? I check my window sticker and it doesn’t specify which one is in my car ? I also have the hand built performance plaque on my engine that I didn’t order extra. This was a pleasant surprise also to say the least, making my car even more rare in my mind. Either way for all of us who purchased a 2020 ZL1 have rare cars for that year. I ordered mine 3 days before the strike and combined with COVID I’m also guessing this had a lot to do with the abnormally low ZL1 production numbers, although ZL1 numbers have been on the steady decline. I’m willing to guess that 2021 numbers will be very similar and I’m betting on the under. I emailed the heritage center directly and it took about a week for them to get back to me. I’m really impressed that the woman who received my email took the time to get me what I requested.

Thanks for the info.
2020 numbers were really low. 2021 and 2022 will probably be even lower. Crazy times, D. |

MJK = ZL1 So you could estimate, using the totals, that you're 66*239/1730 of the production or roughly one of 9 cars plus or minus a car or two. |
