plasti-dip issue

My "SS" emblem peeled back on the corner so I plastidipped over it thinking I'd be able to pull it off and it would come off around the emblem easy. But I can't get it out in between the emblem....what can I do?

Thanks

Toothpick, just be careful. If you sprayed it thick enough it should come off no problem.

Spray a few more coats, three or four more, wait a day, should come off in one piece!

This is a relatively easy fix. Put a liberal amount of goof off on a q-tip and swipe the plastidip away. It should melt off. Don't rub it in.

Rinse the emblem with water after.

so do you think I should apply a thick coat or just try the goof off method?

plasti-dip issue

Your paint is seriously scratched. If it were me I'd remove the emblem and correct the paint, this will make removing the plastidip easy too.

+1. Didn't suggest that because if he's asking this question he's probably not quite at that level. But it definitely should be done.
